We've relaunched the Brainfish website, with new customer case studies and testimonials from leaders in CX and digital experience.
As part of this website upgrade, we've added our new search widget to the home page, so it's super easy to try Brainfish out, and see how our experience can deliver instant value.
The new website now also has more information about our company, as well as a new product page on our latest offering, Agent Assistant (available only in the Chrome store for Brainfish customers).
We've also now launched public support for the Brainfish Answer API. Customers can now create an API token from the settings section, and easily leverage the Brainfish Answer API to build their own custom widgets, or implement Brainfish within key flows throughout other experiences. You can learn more about the Brainfish API from our Help Center - now easily accessible from the top navigation in our website.
