This week we've released our first version of our Insurance focused product offering, an interactive Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). We've started building this in partnership with some award winning Australian insurance companies to help insurance customers understand more of the plans they purchase, pre and post purchase.
We've now completed a mammoth project to improve the way Brainfish stores and handles article content.
This will drastically reduce time to retrieve and deliver content, and sets the stage for future improvements to ranking, retrieval and content organisation in the Brainfish search engine.

This week we onboarded some new team members to Brainfish! We're super excited to welcome more engineers to our team to help us build faster and focus further on customer content.
Analytics underwent a massive change to switch displaying cached questions/answers only to now showing all individual questions and answers. This may result in changes to some numbers, but will more accurately reflect total usage.
We also released bug fixes for answer formatting and improved answer calculations for both the Help Center and Analytics pages.

We've made an improvement to answers this week to improve the way segmentation is done, to minimise accidental answer merging.
This has seen dramatic improvements in answer quality when there are multiple pieces of similar content, but for different concepts.
This improvement has automatically been applied to all customers.
Brainfish now has better support for custom scripts on the Help Center websites (Enterprise customers only). This enables customers to inject custom behaviour to the typical Brainfish Help Center experience.

We've relaunched the Brainfish website, with new customer case studies and testimonials from leaders in CX and digital experience.
As part of this website upgrade, we've added our new search widget to the home page, so it's super easy to try Brainfish out, and see how our experience can deliver instant value.
The new website now also has more information about our company, as well as a new product page on our latest offering, Agent Assistant (available only in the Chrome store for Brainfish customers).
We've also now launched public support for the Brainfish Answer API. Customers can now create an API token from the settings section, and easily leverage the Brainfish Answer API to build their own custom widgets, or implement Brainfish within key flows throughout other experiences. You can learn more about the Brainfish API from our Help Center - now easily accessible from the top navigation in our website.
